Job Description

Google is seeking a Software Engineer, AI Agents, Tools and Productivity to join its Google Cloud team in Bengaluru or Hyderabad. The role involves creating AI-driven workflow automation systems which operate through intelligent agents and provide organizations with scalable solutions for their AI and infrastructure needs. The candidate will work on full-stack applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to building next-generation technologies that enhance productivity and program execution. 

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s/PhD Preferred)

Main Duties:

  • Work with AI agents that will handle operational procedures and improve project execution methods.
  • Collaboration with engineering and product teams to establish system requirement specifications.
  • Develop complete software systems which enable the creation of advanced automation solutions that can scale to meet growing demands. 
  • Lead development lifecycle including design, implementation, and feature rollout strategies execution.
  • Establish data foundations improving program efficiency, insights, and decision-making capabilities.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in the relevant technical field required  for this position.
  • Demonstrate substantial expertise in software development through their work with contemporary programming languages  and development frameworks.
  • Knowledge about software testing procedures, system maintenance methods  and scalable system architecture design principles.
  • Acquired skills in both data structure and algorithm development along with fundamental knowledge of distributed computing systems.
  • Possesses the ability to work across full-stack development while specializing in performance and scalability optimization. 

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge in artificial intelligence and machine learning together with natural language processing systems. 
  • Designing large-scale systems and creating networking solutions and developing cloud-based systems. 
  • Completed multiple engineering projects through my work in technical leadership positions. 
  • Accessible technology development knowledge enables me to create designs that users with disabilities can navigate easily. 
  • Systems that develop AI agents and automate workflows and create enterprise productivity tools.
