Job Description

SAP needs a Technical AI Product Owner who will use AI technology to develop products which connect business needs to technical systems. The position requires the candidate to handle product backlogs while deciding which features to develop and work with multiple teams to deliver AI solutions for Sales and Marketing operations. The candidate will develop AI systems which meet compliance requirements and business objectives while supporting SAP’s goal of continuous growth and innovation.

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

Main Duties

  • Own, prioritize, and maintain AI product backlog and roadmap aligning with business objectives.
  • Design and develop production-ready AI solutions for Sales and Marketing processes effectively.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, ensure transparency, and drive autonomous AI solutions.
  • Participate in end-to-end AI lifecycle including design, development, proof-of-concept, and operations.
  • Promote continuous improvement, feedback collection, and iterative product learning across the team.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Expertise in managing AI products which includes overseeing both product development and technology-based environments.
  • Practical abilities to create and operate artificial intelligence solutions which are ready for deployment in actual business operations.
  • Extensive knowledge about artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and current industry developments which covers all stages of product creation.
  • Experience working with agile methods and using backlog tracking software such as Jira.
  • Demonstrates exceptional abilities to handle stakeholder relations while delivering effective communication and strategic planning solutions.

Preferred Skills

  • Certification for SAP AWS GCP Azure or AI technologies. 
  • Possess either Product Owner or Project Management certification which is considered a preferred qualification.
  • Demonstrate their understanding of sales and marketing processes which exist in large business environments.
  • Exceptional skills in transforming business requirements into technical specifications for artificial intelligence solutions.
