Job Description

EY is hiring a Manager for its Business Consulting Risk team in New Delhi. The role focuses on helping clients with risk identification, strengthening internal controls, and making the SAP system more secure and compliant. The chosen candidate will be responsible for carrying out risk assessment, reviewing business process flows, supporting ERP transformation, and providing solutions to improve business performance.

Qualification: CA, BE, B.Tech, MCA, BCA, B.Com, or M.Com

Responsibilities

  • Undertake risk assessment, control evaluation and advise on better controls for SAP applications and processes.
  • Carry out SAP security, access, SOX, and IT controls review to improve the security of business operations.
  • Perform SAP implementations and transformation control gap assessments and make sure processes meet existing standards.
  • Help customers find practical solutions for digital risks, regulations, and controls automation.
  • Cooperate with customer teams, perform risk assessment sessions, and make presentations.

Requirements

  • Between 8 and 12 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Risk & Controls, SAP GRC, SAP Security, and other similar technologies.
  • Expertise in SAP Access Control, segregation of duties, IT General and Application Controls.
  • Experience in dealing with various SAP modules like MM, SD, FI/CO, supply chain management, inventory management and master data management.
  • SAP Implementation Review, ERP Transformation, Internal Audit, and Business Risk.
  • Analysis and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Qualification may be any degree or professional qualification including CA, BE, B.Tech, MCA, BCA, B.Com, M.Com, etc.
  • Projects related to SAP risk and control management involving domestic as well as international clients.
  • Concepts involved in enterprise risk management, internal controls, compliance, and audits.
  • Concepts related to SAP implementation projects, control automation, and risk assessment.
  • Good client handling, teamwork, presentation and communication skills.
