Job Description

Oracle is hiring a Global Process and Data Owner who will manage OCI asset domains through his global process governance and financial control and data integrity work. The candidate will develop accounting systems which can handle increasing business demands while improving cloud asset management and financial operations through automation and artificial intelligence. The candidate will work with different teams to make strategic choices while following Oracle regulations and improving operational efficiency and reporting precision. 

Qualification: CA/CMA or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Experience: 10+ years (12+ preferred in Finance, Controllership, or Cloud Asset Governance)

Main Duties:

  • Maintain general ledger accounting systems ensuring compliance with financial standards consistently.
  • Drive OCI asset control processes ensuring scalability compliance and operational consistency globally.
  • Collaborate with business units stakeholders aligning processes data and financial controls effectively.
  • Lead process improvements automation initiatives using AI to enhance efficiency outcomes.
  • Prepare financial reports including profit loss balance sheet supporting decision making.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Possess extensive knowledge of finance controllership functions together with expertise in managing cloud asset lifecycle processes.
  • Complete knowledge of accounting principles together with their understanding of general ledger and financial reporting systems.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in process design together with internal control development and system improvement methods.
  • Project management skills which allow them to lead initiatives while they successfully persuade multiple stakeholders about project outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication abilities which enable them to work with different teams and handle meetings with stakeholders. 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with the financial management systems which operate in OCI environments. 
  • Use automation and artificial intelligence technologies drive digital transformation projects in financial operations. 
  • Demonstrates advanced analytical skills which enable him to solve problems in complex financial situations. 
  • Experience mentoring teams while he worked to develop organizational capabilities through his mentoring activities. 
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and their accounting hub and supply chain asset management components.
