Job Description

SAP is seeking an enthusiastic Application AI Product Manager who will assist engineering teams with their development of AI/ML and LLM-based products through their implementation process. The product manager position requires dedication to product development through customer-centric product design and the creation of enterprise-level artificial intelligence solutions which deliver significant business benefits to SAP’s international network.

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field

Experience: 4+ years (including 1+ year in AI/ML or enterprise software)

Main Duties:

  • Support product roadmap alignment with engineering capabilities while ensuring scalable AI system delivery.
  • Contribute to product strategy for AI/ML platforms APIs and LLM-powered enterprise solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for backend systems APIs and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate across teams including engineering design, sales and marketing for product success.
  • Track KPIs and product metrics to drive data-driven decisions and improve performance outcomes.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Four years of product management experience which includes their work with artificial intelligence and machine learning in enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrates complete knowledge about AI workflows and LLM capabilities and API-based product system designs.
  • Worked with engineering teams to create technical products which can scale and function reliably.
  • Demonstrates excellent analytical abilities which allow them to understand metrics and help with making strategic choices.
  • Communicate and work together effectively with teams from different departments who work in various locations around the world.

Preferred Skills:

  • Professional experience includes work with enterprise platforms of the SAP ecosystem and business application software solutions. 
  • Possesses knowledge of essential developer tools and application programming interfaces and artificial intelligence and machine learning platforms developed for technical product users.
  • Technical background that combines computer science with data science and engineering disciplines.
  • Experience working in agile environments while using contemporary product management approaches.
  • Acquired knowledge about software development for enterprises and processes involved in launching business-to-business products.
