Job Description

Salesforce needs a Technical Architect who will create and implement advanced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions for their enterprise customers. The position requires professionals to create systems which can manage high demand, connect various platforms, and transform business needs into complete technical solutions. The candidates will conduct design meetings, manage project execution, and develop systems which can expand with future business development.

Main Duties:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, expectations, and deliverables for Salesforce projects.
  • Design and architect scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals and long-term growth.
  • Lead technical design sessions and document architecture, identifying gaps between current and target systems.
  • Oversee development, integrations, and data migration for Salesforce implementations.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure quality design patterns are followed.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 9 to 14 years of CRM experience which includes 4 to 5 years of work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. 
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce products which includes Marketing Cloud Data Cloud and Agentforce. 
  • Demonstrates his ability to design large-scale systems through his successful track record of API integration work. 
  • Possesses knowledge about authentication protocols which include SAML, SSO and OAuth. 
  • Demonstrates expertise in data architecture design while understanding scalability requirements and performance enhancement techniques. 

Preferred Skills:

  • Worked with ETL tools, CPQ systems and marketing automation platforms. 
  • Developed skills for managing environments and handling release processes and maintaining version control systems. 
  • Security experts possess deep knowledge about TLS and SSL security mechanisms. 
  • Experience developing large web applications and working through all stages of software development. 
  • Possess Salesforce certifications or show readiness to acquire them.
