JPMorgan Chase is looking to hire a Reference Data Analyst to support its Party Reference Data Operations team. The position requires operators to handle client reference data throughout their internal systems while they maintain compliance with regulations and operational standards. The analyst will work together with business partners to conduct data analysis and create management information system reports which will assist global financial operations. Maintaining data integrity and process development while delivering high-quality data management services to different business units.

Main Duties:
- Create and maintain accurate client reference data within internal system applications.
- Validate documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with standards.
- Maintain high accuracy levels in all data processing tasks.
- Follow procedural and regulatory guidelines consistently.
- Resolve data issues and escalations while keeping stakeholders informed.
- Collaborate with requestors and business partners for data requirements.
- Perform data analysis, research, and remediation activities.
- Generate and maintain MIS reports for operational tracking and compliance.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree and job experience equivalent to three years working in financial services or related fields.
- Possesses excellent client service abilities combined with effective communication capabilities.
- Demonstrates exceptional focus on details together with strong abilities to solve problems.
- Duties during different shifts while working together with colleagues in team environments.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in reporting through Management Information Systems and expertise in using advanced Excel tools.
- Handle several work assignments simultaneously while working in a fast-moving work environment.
- Demonstrates strong skills in analyzing problems and finding solutions to them.
- Adapt their work methods to suit new business needs and requirements which emerge during operations.
