Job Description

Salesforce is hiring a Data Analytics Senior Analyst for its Renewals Data and Insights team. The position requires the creation of scalable Tableau dashboards combined with the development of analytics solutions and the enhancement of existing data architecture. The position demands strong SQL and business intelligence skills which enable the conversion of intricate data sets into practical business insights while providing analytics support to all stakeholders.

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (MBA/Master’s preferred)

Main Duties:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Tableau dashboards and data visualizations.
  • Analyse the business requirements which need to be transformed into analytics solutions that users can navigate with ease. 
  • Optimize data sources together with extracts and live connections to achieve better performance and higher system reliability. 
  • Work with stakeholders to promote the use of self-service analytics tools throughout the organization. 
  • Deviler operational support while they monitor dashboards and handle system problems before they become critical.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Possesses advanced skills in Tableau which include expertise with calculated fields and LOD expressions and parameters. 
  • Practical knowledge of SQL and enterprise data warehouses through experience with Snowflake. 
  • Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of business intelligence and data analytics methods. 
  • Possesses the ability to present insights in a manner that can be understood by both technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Worked through all stages of analytics solution development which includes requirements analysis and final delivery. 

Preferred Skills:

  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM together with CRM Analytics tools. 
  • Knowledge of both Agile and Scrum development processes. 
  • Demonstrates excellent problem-solving abilities by paying close attention to details and maintaining high standards of data quality. 
  • Skills to manage stakeholder relationships while developing strategies for data adoption through their work. 
  • Experience in user onboarding processes and increasing self-service analytics capabilities.
