Job Description

Capgemini is looking for a GEN AI / Agentic AI Engineer who will be responsible for working in the field of software engineering at locations like Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad, and Pune. This roles requires to take up responsibilities associated with building AI models using NLP, RAG, neural networks, machine learning algorithms, and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and more.

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Develop AI models using NLP, RAG, neural networks, and machine learning techniques.
  • Design practical AI solutions aligned with enterprise technology and business requirements.
  • Apply machine learning algorithms to support intelligent automation and advanced technology solutions.
  • Work with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other AI or machine learning frameworks.
  • Evaluate AI platforms and integrate suitable technologies into software engineering solutions.

Requirements

  • 4–14 years of professional experience in Gen AI and machine learning algorithms.
  • Experience in natural language processing and other AI techniques.
  • Knowledge about RAG, neural network, and machine learning principles, as well as overall AI approach.
  • Skills to develop AI models through the use of proper development frameworks.
  • Knowledge of AI systems, their strengths and limitations, as well as real-world applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in development using solutions employing NLP, RAG, neural networks, and other advanced AI technologies.
  • Knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other ML frameworks.
  • Experience implementing machine learning algorithms in software engineering and enterprise applications.
  • Understanding of emerging Gen AI technologies and intelligent automation applications.
  • Relevant training or certifications in Gen AI, machine learning, or AI engineering.
