Job Description

Adobe is hiring an AI Innovation and Agent Engineer in its Value Practice team to design and build intelligent AI-driven systems that transform enterprise and creative workflows. The job requires using AI agents and LLM-powered Systems to develop automated solutions which improve efficiency and create tangible business results through their innovative and scalable capabilities.

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

Main Duties:

  • Design and build AI agents that automate and enhance end-to-end enterprise and creative workflows.
  • Identify high-impact opportunities to transform business processes using AI-first approaches.
  • Translate business challenges into AI-powered solutions with clear value and ROI models.
  • Prototype, test, and iterate AI solutions rapidly with real users and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to scale AI-driven solutions.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience developing AI agents, chatbot systems and systems that use LLM technology.
  • Excellent systems thinking abilities which enable them to create complete workflows instead of developing separate system components.
  • Measure business outcomes through their ability to identify cost reductions and efficiency improvements and revenue increases.
  • Possesses effective communication skills which enable them to present artificial intelligence concepts to audiences who have different levels of technical expertise.
  • Interest in new AI technologies while keeping track of current developments in the field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in applied AI studies or forward-deployed engineering work or artificial intelligence solution positions.
  • To show experience in implementing practical automation systems together with agent-based technology systems.
  • Merge technical work with business management functions to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Understands how enterprise processes operate together with AI implementation methods that drive organizational change.
  • Work effectively with different teams that have different functions.
