Responsibilities
- Develop and support software applications through the use of engineering principles.
- Develop efficient, clean, and well-documented code and engage in code reviews.
- Carry out automated testing, troubleshooting, and defect detection.
- Maintain and support software applications in test, integration, and production environments.
- Collaborating with product and business teams to ensure alignment of technology efforts with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with distributed systems, algorithms, NoSQL and relational database.
- Experience in software development and application design and object-oriented programming.
- Programming skills in languages like Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, etc.
- Proven experience with Agile practices, testing, documentation and AI tools for engineering productivity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise technology environments in building applications.
- Knowledge of multi-tier architecture, databases and application development practices.
- Experience with functional testing, automation testing and performance testing methodologies
- Understanding of Scrum, Kanban, iterations and the approach of the user story development.
- Experience of using AI tools for improving coding, documentation, quality assurance and troubleshooting.
