Job Description

Wipro is recruiting a Business Analyst L3 in Chennai for assisting with the preliminary stages of analysis and documentation in the projects of its clients. This job is about business analysis, elementary data analysis, and process analysis, which would be beneficial for the teams in understanding the needs of their clients. In addition to market research, the tasks include data collection from specified sources as well as participation in benchmarking of products. Documentation preparation, drafting workflows, requirement logs, dashboards, and reports are also among the responsibilities.

Experience: 3–5 years

Responsibilities

  • Carry out basic analysis of data and create simple dashboards/reports based on the project guidelines/business requirements.
  • Undertake market research and benchmarking through the collection of information from predefined sources that help in identifying other third-party products.
  • Create drafts for process notes and workflow documents in accordance with the existing formats and guidelines.
  • Help in maintaining the client requirement log and other relevant logs under the guidance of senior members.
  • Collect clarifications and feedback regarding RFP/RFI solutions to assist in early-stage business activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the area of 3-5 years of business analysis or any related business support functions is necessary.
  • Proficient skills in carrying out fundamental data analysis and creation of dashboards and reporting as per the business guidelines.
  • Knowledge in business process and process analysis skills is important for requirement comprehension and project documentation.
  • Market research and information gathering from structured sources can be helpful in the benchmarking process.
  • Good communication, analytical skills, and documentation are required for project and client requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the area of documentation of business processes, preparing workflows, and requirement management is preferable.
  • Understanding how to prepare reports and dashboards to facilitate business analysis and decision-making is helpful.
  • Market research and benchmarking skills can be useful in assessing the alternative products and solutions.
  • Experience in helping in RFP/RFI activities and providing feedback on suggested solutions would be beneficial.
