Wipro Limited intends to recruit an Agentic AI Lead who will create and implement sophisticated autonomous AI systems which possess the ability to think and organize tasks and handle intricate business problems. The position requires building Agentic AI systems through current technology frameworks which include LangChain and LangGraph while using LLM technologies and orchestration platforms to create enterprise AI systems that can grow.

Main Duties:
- Lead the design and development of autonomous Agentic AI systems for enterprise use cases.
- Develop intelligent agent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, and Python frameworks.
- Build and integrate LLM pipelines using APIs such as OpenAI and Azure OpenAI.
- Design retrieval pipelines using vector databases such as FAISS and Pinecone.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy scalable AI systems with secure architecture.
Essential Qualifications:
- Five and eight years of professional experience in the fields of AI engineering and machine learning development.
- Demonstrates advanced Python programming skills which encompass asynchronous development and performance enhancement techniques.
- Experience developing AI systems which can operate as autonomous agents or work with tools for use in business environments.
- Comprehensive knowledge about LangGraph system architecture and its associated model fine-tuning procedures.
- Worked with systems that use LLMs for integration, vector embeddings, and retrieval operations.
Preferred Skills:
- Built vector search systems together with retrieval-augmented AI systems.
- Use prompt engineering methods to improve agent performance.
- AI deployment processes work together with Docker and CI/CD deployment methods.
- Create and test agent systems while maintaining safety and trustworthy performance of AI systems.
- Possesses excellent communication abilities which enable him to work together with AI teams, engineering teams and enterprise teams.
