Main Duties
- Lead RFP responses, solution design, estimation, and delivery planning for Adobe Campaign and Experience Cloud solutions.
- Drive multiple customer opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced presales environment.
- Partner with sales teams to conduct business and technical discovery with customers.
- Design innovative architectures and use cases to address customer objectives.
- Develop proposals, recommendations, and statements of work for consulting engagements.
- Identify project dependencies, risks, and gaps across customer solutions.
Essential Qualifications
- 7 to 15 years of professional experience which can come from either consulting work or technology-based companies.
- Extensive knowledge of Adobe Campaign and Adobe Marketing Cloud which includes AEP, CJA, and AJO technologies.
- Presales expertise in building solution architecture and creating project estimates and developing project proposals.
- Demonstrates strong communication abilities because they can write and speak effectively for presenting to customers and leading workshops.
- Should possess strong analytical abilities for effective problem-solving and the skills required for direct customer interactions.
- Ability to explain technical solutions which link to business results.
- Experience delivering presentations to high-level executives and organizational stakeholders.
- Capability to handle multiple sales activities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrates experience working with various Adobe tools which include Campaign, AAM and Target.
- Expertise in digital marketing methods and customer experience technology solutions.
- Candidates who hold an MBA or another advanced degree.
- The employee needs to travel for work purposes which requires a 20% travel commitment.
