Accenture is hiring a Network Operations Advisor to strengthen enterprise network environments and improve operational performance. Responsibilities

• Direct the Network Operations Team and be the point of expertise on important business decisions.
• Manage network infrastructures for improved performance and efficiency.
• Advise on process improvements to optimize network management and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct analysis of network performance metrics and address infrastructure challenges before they become big problems.
• Work with various teams and help make important decisions.

Requirements

• At least 7.5 years of work experience in network infrastructures or related technology.
• Good understanding of network architecture, protocols, and network security principles and processes.
• Experience in operations of networks, network monitoring and network infrastructure.
• Technical skills in troubleshooting and resolving network issues.
• Solid experience in the management of enterprise network infrastructure involving planning, implementation, configuration, and maintenance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with networking standards and the best practices associated with networks.
• Experience in providing support for network planning, provisioning, implementation, testing, and management of services.
• Knowledge of process improvement approaches in order to improve network service delivery.
• Experience in mentoring young professionals and imparting technical expertise.
• Ability to engage different stakeholders for network projects.
