Accenture is searching for a Cloud Platform Architect who will create and build cloud-based systems which support application development for scalable solutions. The position requires execution of efficient solutions through the use of microservices and containers and current cloud computing technologies. Together with teams to make architectural choices while they advance new developments for enterprise cloud solutions.

Main Duties

  • Design and develop cloud-native architectures for scalable enterprise applications across platforms.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to drive architecture decisions and technical solutions.
  • Lead and manage teams while ensuring effective delivery of cloud solutions.
  • Evaluate tools and technologies aligning with project and organizational goals.
  • Provide solutions to complex problems impacting multiple teams and business areas.

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrates advanced skills in Accenture Delivery Architectures (ADA) and cloud computing principles and reaches exceptional levels of expertise. 
  • Experience deploying and scaling applications through the use of Kubernetes container orchestration tools. 
  • Knowledge about microservices architecture and current application design patterns. 
  • Demonstrates knowledge about infrastructure as code tools and cloud-based automation methods. 
  • The manager possesses the capability to guide teams while making critical technical choices throughout various projects. 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience building expandable applications that operate in cloud environments through their use of current software development frameworks and tools.
  • Demonstrates advanced problem-solving capabilities which enable him to handle intricate business system architectures.
  • Excels at communicating with stakeholders while working together with different teams.
  • Possesses the ability to lead teams through mentoring while delivering effective knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Knowledge about new cloud technologies and the recommended methods that organizations should follow to build their systems.
