Job Description
Google needs to fill the position of Technical Program Manager, Cloud, Supply Chain Analytics. The position requires the leader to guide complicated analytics projects while working with various teams to create accessible cloud-based supply chain data infrastructure. The ideal candidate will oversee program development through its complete lifecycle while creating analytics tools and delivering high-quality insights to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.

Main Duties
- Work with logistics, procurement, manufacturing and supply chain teams to identify their data analytics needs to create solutions.
- Conduct analytical work across multiple departments to deliver insights to stakeholders while providing regular updates about project status and limitations.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, data pipelines and analytical models which help organizations make better decisions and improve their operational processes.
- Manage technical aspects including data visualizations, scripts, and data tables for scalable cloud solutions.
- Drive process improvements and establish best practices through documentation, training, and analytics enablement initiatives.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience working in program management for technical or software environments.
- Demonstrates strong project management capabilities which include handling project schedules and assessing risks while maintaining contact with project stakeholders.
- Experience working in environments that involve technical projects and software engineering projects.
- Exceptional communication abilities which enable him or her to share insights with both technical experts and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in supply chain analytics environments which include the three areas of logistics and procurement and order management.
- Expertise in creating automated systems which use data to make analytical decisions.
- Use SQL and Tableau and similar data visualization tools to create visual displays.
- Data analysis results to create business decisions which produce significant effects.
- Experience in managing programs which require shared resources across multiple departments and organizations.
