IBM is looking for an Technical Consultant AI Integration who will implement and configure and customize AI solutions for enterprise applications and workflows. The role requires the candidate to transform architectural designs into operational systems which will enable secure and efficient and compliant deployment of AI services and APIs and orchestration layers. The consultant will work with architects and data engineers and business stakeholders to create AI solutions that are both scalable and dependable and ethically responsible.

Main Duties:
- Execution of AI solution implementations for development of connectors and construction of RAG Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems.
- Prompt configuration and guardrail setup together with AI service integration into business operation processes.
- Together with stakeholders for requirements validation and to create solutions which are ready for production use.
- Optimize AI solution performance, ensure observability, and manage cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance and secure deployment of AI services, APIs, and orchestration layers.
Essential Qualifications:
- 8 to 10 years experience in developing AI solutions and integrating enterprise applications.
- Experience with AI services, APIs, workflow automation and RAG pipelines.
- LLMOps practices which involve performance tuning and system monitoring.
- Demonstrated capabilities in implementing AI solutions which maintain security and scalability while meeting compliance requirements.
- Solve problems and communicate effectively and work with others in situations that create high levels of stress.
Preferred Skills
- Possesses two specific skills in workflow automation and event-driven pattern implementation.
- Demonstrates proficiency in deploying AI systems through methods that ensure both security and operational efficiency.
- Knowledge about LLMOps best practices and the process of implementing large-scale artificial intelligence systems.
- Ability to collaborate with international teams from various organizational units.
- Customer-centric focus while taking responsibility for delivering solutions to clients and providing ongoing assistance.
