Job Description
Infosys is hiring a senior blockchain developer in Pune to design and develop secure, scalable blockchain applications and decentralized solutions. This position includes the development of smart contracts, backend engineering, integration of enterprises, tokenization, and cloud-native applications. Applicants will be developing their technologies with the use of blockchain, modern development frameworks, and DevOps methodology alongside the cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
- Design and create blockchain apps and decentralized systems utilizing various enterprise blockchain platforms.
- Create smart contracts on Ethereum, Hyperledger Besu, Polygon, Corda, and EVM blockchains.
- Create scalable backend systems through Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, and microservice architecture.
- Develop responsive web applications with ReactJS and Angular for enterprise blockchain systems.
- Support cloud-native deployment, CI/CD, and DevOps processes for tokenization and digital assets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, science, technology, computer application or a related field.
- 11-15 years of minimum experience in software development & blockchain technology.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger Besu, Polygon, Corda, Solidity, Web3 and DLTs.
- Must have a detailed understanding of technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, microservices, ReactJS & Angular.
- Experience in smart contracts, tokenization, digital assets, ERC-20, ERC-3643, Hardhat & Foundry.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience of exposure to the development of enterprise applications through the use of the Ethereum and Solidity blockchains.
- Working hands-on with the Hyperledger platform, especially with Hyperledger Besu.
- Exposure to architecture, decentralized applications, and the ecosystem of distributed ledger technologies.
- Training in the usage of MarkLogic and enterprise-level blockchain technology.
- Experience in working with cloud computing, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Kafka, databases and GCP.
