Job Description

AMD is hiring a senior analyst, APM & IT Service Management, to manage application portfolios, IT services, governance, and operational processes. The role focuses on ServiceNow, application lifecycle management, ITSM, automation, AI-enabled improvements, data governance, and compliance. The position also involves cross-functional collaboration, process optimization, stakeholder management, and improving enterprise IT service efficiency. 

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business information systems, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Manage APM in the ServiceNow environment as well as governance and service requests for application portfolios.
  • Ensure that information on applications, business services, technical services, and service offerings is accurate and compliant.
  • Support processes related to IT Service Management, such as change management, IT asset management, request management, and governance.
  • Drive automation and AI-related improvements in application governance, service management, and operations.
  • Work with business, IT, and operations to solve issues with governance and transparency of services.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in IT service management, application portfolio management, IT governance or similar positions.
  • ServiceNow proficiency and experience in enterprise ITSM practices, including Change Management, Request Management and Asset Management.
  • Experience in portfolio management, application life cycle management, IT change management, service governance or asset management practices.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills in multidisciplinary settings globally.
  • Expertise in enhancing data quality, process standardization, compliance, automation, and efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with APM governance, application inventories, service relationships, lifecycle management, ownership alignment, and audit readiness.
  • Exposure to automation, analytics, Power BI, scripting, AI tools, or AI-driven process improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture, IT organisational structures, application relationships, and service governance frameworks.
  • Experience supporting process simplification, self-service improvements, workflow automation, and reduction of manual operational activities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
