Job Description

Accenture is hiring for a Data Platform Engineer who will create and build enterprise data platforms through their design work. The position requires implementation of GenAI and Agentic AI frameworks through automated workflow systems which produce intelligent insights. The team needs to work with architects to create AI solutions which can scale and produce business results throughout the organization.

Main Duties:

  • Assist in blueprinting and designing enterprise data platforms, covering all relevant components.
  • Collaborate with Integration and Data Architects to ensure cohesive integration between systems and data models.
  • Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using GenAI and Agentic AI frameworks for automation and insights.
  • Apply AI evaluation frameworks and prompt engineering to optimize platform intelligence and reliability.
  • Align AI and data platform capabilities with business objectives, ensuring scalability, responsible use, and measurable value.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Two to five years of work experience in data engineering or similar fields.
  • Demonstrate the ability to design data platforms which work together with various enterprise systems.
  • Possesses real world experience with both Generative AI and Agentic AI systems.
  • Acquired knowledge about three main areas which include AI evaluation and prompt engineering and intelligent data workflows.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work together with architects and engineers and business teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with AI-first enterprise solutions. 
  •  AI and data platform features of a business into actual results. 
  • AI technology responsibly while creating architectural designs that can handle high-scale operation. 
  • Automation systems together with enterprise business processes. 
  • Demonstrates excellent communication abilities which enable him to manage stakeholders and work with multiple teams.
