Job Description

Google is hiring for a Data Analytics Solutions Specialist who will develop and improve reporting systems for the Procurement Organization. The role requires creating dashboards, performing data analysis and providing business intelligence to support data-based decision making. The candidate will work with different teams to build effective analytics solutions which will enhance both user experiences and stakeholder operations.

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Math, Quantitative Science, or related field

Experience: 3+ years in data analytics, consulting, or technical operations

Main Duties

  • Design and maintain self-service reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics platforms efficiently.
  • Collect and analyze procurement-related data to generate actionable insights and visualizations.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to define KPIs and metrics relevant for procurement operations.
  • Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Support ongoing reporting by generating accurate ad-hoc reports and validating data quality.

Essential Qualifications

  • Creating business intelligence systems which he maintained throughout their operational period. 
  • Specialized knowledge in data visualization tools which include Tableau Power BI and Qlik. 
  • Creates interactive dashboards which produce reports and visual content that stakeholders can use to understand information. 
  • Execute data validation tests and perform quality checks which enable them to confirm the accuracy of generated reports. 
  • Knowledge about data architecture and process improvement methods and agile analytics techniques.
