Job Description

Salesforce is hiring a Consumption Lead to drive Data Cloud and Agentforce operations. The role requires its holder to drive product adoption while measuring return on investment and supporting AI transformation initiatives. The person uses technical skills and business knowledge to persuade stakeholders while delivering successful platform solutions for customer satisfaction.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Experience: 7+ years in Data, AI, Analytics, or CRM solutions

Main Duties:

  • Drive adoption and consumption of Data Cloud and Agentforce solutions across customer environments.
  • Partner with stakeholders and executives to define strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Lead onboarding, enablement, and success planning to maximize customer ROI and platform usage.
  • Provide architectural guidance for integrating Data Cloud with enterprise systems and workflows.
  • Monitor KPIs, identify risks, and ensure customer success through proactive engagement strategies. 

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must have more than seven years of experience working in customer service positions which involved Data and AI and Analytics and CRM. 
  • Possesses strong skills which include data architecture, AI/ML concepts and enterprise CRM platform expertise. 
  • Demonstrate successful capacity to build relationships with C-level executives while also engaging technical stakeholders. 
  • Expertise in handling complex customer environments which leads to successful business results. 
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills together with problem-solving abilities which enable him to lead projects with multiple departments.  

Preferred Skills:

  • Practical experience in working with cloud data platforms which include Snowflake, Databricks and BigQuery. 
  • Understands how to use analytics tools which include Tableau, Looker and Power BI to deliver insights. 
  • Experience working with AI technologies which include machine learning and generative AI and prompt engineering. 
  • Expertise in developing scalable solutions which enable organizations to implement AI-powered enterprise systems. 
  • Demonstrate advanced skills in leading and presenting information and managing stakeholders within large organizations.
