Main Duties

  • Serve as a trusted Data Cloud subject-matter expert, advising enterprise customers on architecture, DevOps, performance, and solution optimization.
  • Create and present original architectural designs that fulfill specific business needs while overcoming existing capability deficiencies. 
  • Connect with executive stakeholders by demonstrating how technical strategies result in measurable business value and return on investment and AI-based outcomes. 
  • Develop customized engagement playbooks which match Data Cloud use cases and advanced analytics projects. 
  • Develop and maintain effective partnerships with both internal teams and external strategic clients. 
  • Promote thought leadership while ensuring solutions adhere to data governance, privacy, and ethical AI standards.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP + AI implementation lifecycles.
  • Have more than eight years of experience in enterprise consulting which includes work with Analytics and CDP system solutions. 
  • Advanced knowledge of data modeling and integration architecture together with governance standards. 
  • Help customers to develop their Data Cloud migration plan together with their optimization techniques. 
  • Displays excellent communication abilities which enable him to explain technical ideas in a way that business people can understand. 
  • Develop knowledge about the latest AI developments and data management tools. 
  • Proactive, self-driven, and capable of collaborating across remote global teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in using Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Google Cloud Storage, BigQuery and Azure for large-scale data platform management. 
  • Knowledge of using Customer Data Platforms which include Segment and Tealium, Adobe Experience Platform, Amperity and Treasure Data and Twilio Segment. 
  • Can successfully implement Salesforce multi-cloud environments which include Sales, Service and Marketing, Commerce and Industries Clouds. 
  • Knowledge about Salesforce Architecture Domains which include Integration, Identity & Access Management and Data Architecture and APEX Development. 
  • Candidates should have programming knowledge in Python, Java, .NET and SQL programming languages.
