Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted Subject Matter Expert for Data Cloud and AgentForce within the Success Guide organization.
  • Engage proactively and reactively with Premier and Signature customers to optimize Data Cloud and AgentForce usage.
  • Deliver tailored engagements aligned with Data Cloud and AgentForce capabilities.
  • Lead expert coaching sessions, success requests, and advisory engagements.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders including Success Managers, Account Executives, and Support teams.
  • Drive thought leadership through mentoring, coaching, and knowledge sharing across teams.

Basic Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the technology industry.
  • Strong expertise in Data Cloud (Data 360) and AI-driven solutions.
  • Ability to articulate the competitive advantage of Data Cloud for AI and automation use cases.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to translate technical concepts into measurable business value and ROI.
  • Strong technical acumen across Salesforce products with a proactive, self-driven mindset.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with enterprise customers in global environments.
  • Background in AI automation, analytics, and customer data platforms.
  • Proven mentoring or enablement experience within technical or success teams.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
