This position is primarily concerned with the implementation, maintenance, and fine-tuning of the Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Cloud modules so that customers all around the world can have smooth logistics and supply chain operations.

Primary Responsibilities
Oracle OTM Implementation & Support
- Provide implementation and production support for Oracle Transportation Management Cloud modules including Order Management, Contract & Rate Management, Shipment Management, BPA, GTM, Fleet Management, and Freight Settlement.
- Diagnose, replicate, and resolve complex functional and technical issues.
Incident & Service Request Management
- Manage and resolve critical incidents, prioritizing business-impacting issues.
- Log, track, and manage Service Requests (SRs), RFCs, and escalations through My Oracle Support.
End-User Support & Enablement
- Respond to functional “how-to” queries and configuration guidance.
- Conduct user training, onboarding sessions, and knowledge-sharing workshops.
Configuration & Release Management
- Support SaaS configurations including workflows, roles, approvals, reports, and security.
- Analyze quarterly updates, perform regression/UAT testing, and communicate impact to stakeholders.
Integration & Data Flow Support
- Troubleshoot integrations, APIs, file-based data flows, and OIC/OFS interfaces.
- Coordinate with IT and integration partners for issue resolution.
Documentation & Customer Experience
- Maintain functional documentation, FAQs, and process guides.
- Act as a customer advocate, identifying recurring issues and recommending enhancements.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BE, BTech, MCA).
- Minimum 8 years of experience with Oracle Transportation Management Cloud.
- Strong functional knowledge of logistics and supply chain business processes.
- Proven experience supporting Cloud OTM modules.
- Working knowledge of BI reports (BIP, OTBI).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM projects.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
- Exposure to enterprise-scale logistics and global supply chain environments.
