Job Description

Microsoft is recruiting a consultant in Hyderabad for providing enterprise technology solutions in the areas of artificial intelligence and digital transformation. This job will revolve around creating and implementing solutions of generative AI and agentic AI in Microsoft technologies. The tasks will include creation of intelligent workflows, API integration, and production-ready solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure and other enterprise technologies. Other activities include working with Dynamics 365, M365 Copilot, and Power Platform to help business process automation and improvement of customer experience.

Experience: 8+ years 

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, along with demonstrated experience delivering production software solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the customer stakeholders in understanding the business processes, constraints, and success criteria, and then converting those requirements into solutions and sprints.
  • Design and develop agentic and generative AI solutions using various Microsoft platforms such as Dynamics 365, M365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure.
  • Create PoC for intelligent workflows and evolve them to production-quality solutions through testing, monitoring, secure deployments, and further improvements.
  • Take ownership of the full solution delivery from design, development, evaluation, and production through deployment and post-production stabilization.
  • Handle the business and technical risks associated with AI in areas of data access, privacy, compliance, prompt injection, hallucinations, latency, and operational consistency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any other related discipline, with proven ability to provide production software solutions.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience providing enterprise-scale solutions on Microsoft platforms like Dynamics 365, M365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure.
  • Experience with integration of systems, APIs, automation, security needs, and deployment in enterprise customer environments.
  • Awareness of the entire solution delivery lifecycle process starting from requirement gathering through architecture, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience in building production-grade solutions from the full lifecycle, including requirement gathering, development, deployment, and stabilization after go-live.
  • Proven experience in building Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, M365 Copilot, and AI-driven workflow-based enterprise applications.
  • Familiarity with Copilot Studio, intelligence automation, multi-agent orchestration, retrieval grounding, and evaluation framework for AI applications.
  • Familiarity with Azure AI Services, DevOps, CI/CD, observability, incident management, and operations readiness for enterprise AI systems.
  • Good technical communication and collaboration skills, and familiarity with AI risks in security, privacy, safety, and data protection.
