Job Description

Salesforce is hiring an AI Technical Architect who has experience with Agentforce and Data 360 to lead their AI enterprise transformation projects. The job requires customer interaction to create and implement intelligent agent systems that use integrated data systems for operation. Serve as the primary technical expert who directs architectural design to help businesses implement artificial intelligence solutions while creating secure, efficient, and high-capacity systems. 

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field

Primary Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end architecture for enterprise Agentforce implementations and AI solutions.
  • Design scalable agent ecosystems including orchestration, reasoning flows, and integrations.
  • Lead configuration and development of agents, prompts, workflows, and platform customizations.
  • Establish architecture standards ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex enterprise AI program challenges.

Technical & Support Responsibilities

  • Architect unified data platforms using Data 360 for context-aware intelligent agents.
  • Develop data models together with ingestion systems and real-time operational activation methods.
  • Agentforce connections through Salesforce ecosystem integration together with enterprise system APIs.
  • Implement governance regulations together with compliance requirements and best practice standards for all AI systems and data architecture. 
  • Mentoring role while supervising architectural design across various AI transformation projects. 

Qualifications Required

  • 10 years of experience working in Technical Solution and Enterprise Architecture positions. 
  • Extensive experience implementing Salesforce solutions and working with Agentforce products. 
  • Demonstrates expertise in AI/LLM technologies and RAG systems and intelligent automation platforms. 
  • Demonstrates knowledge of enterprise architecture patterns together with APIs and data governance frameworks. 
  • Possesses excellent communication skills which enable him to interact with executive stakeholders.
