Salesforce is looking for a highly skilled Success Architect who will be part of the Commerce Cloud Customer Success team. In this position, the architect will be a trusted Subject Matter Expert (SME) who will direct large enterprise customers in the areas of B2C Commerce Cloud architecture, performance optimization, DevOps, and solution design through precious advisory engagements and, thus, help them to get the most out of the adoption, scalability, and business value of Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

Main Duties
- Engage with Signature Success customers via high-energy advisory activities that encompass architecture, DevOps, performance, and solution design among others.
- Being the B2C-commerce-cloud Subject Matter Expert that both consumers and internal teams can rely on.
- Provide frequent and as well as impromptu consultation on architecture, solution strategy, and leadership in terms of thought.
- Break down complex technical language into layman’s terms for technical, business, and executive stakeholders using the same language.
- Identify deficiencies in skills and recommend either standard up-grades or custom-made solutions according to the requirements.
- Build solid relationships with customers, partners, and the Salesforce in-house teams.
- Bring about customer satisfaction, adoption, and Commerce Cloud as a long-term solution.
Essential Qualifications
- Enterprise consulting experience or the deployment of enterprise software solutions for at least 8 years.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud.
- Deep knowledge of data model, integration architecture, and data governance.
- Hands-on experience with B2C Commerce tools such as Script API, Pipelines, OCAPI/SCAPI, and PWAKit.
- Fair understanding of web technologies: HTML, SQL, JavaScript, React, XML, JSON, and CSS.
- Excellent understanding of system architecture, integration patterns, and Merchant Tools.
- The person should have first-rate communication, consulting, and customer-related skills.
- He/she should have a strong problem-solving mentality with a proactive and self-starting approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications: B2C Commerce Developer and/or B2C Commerce Architect.
- Experience has been gained with Salesforce Order Management and Salesforce B2B Commerce.
- Other Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Experience Cloud, multi-cloud implementations).
- Familiarity with Salesforce APIs, Apex, AI concepts, CDPs or Data
