The position of a Senior Success Guide, Service Cloud, puts emphasis on the advancement of customer value by means of Salesforce development, consultative engagement and solution leadership, among others. Customers will be assisted by the organization in designing, obtaining and enhancing Service Cloud solutions, conducting demonstrations and proofs-of-concept, and being a trusted advisor who drives adoption, performance, and measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • To develop and implement the Salesforce Service Cloud applications based upon customer developed requirements.
  • Perform organisation health and security reviews and make recommendations based upon best practices.
  • Work with Architect and Developer teams to create scalable/secure/high performing solutions and conduct code reviews.
  • Lead demonstrations, proof of concept (POC) sessions, and hands on solution building sessions with customers.
  • Provide coaching on adoption, delivery of technical guidance and adoption methodology for customer success.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Service Cloud by mentoring team members, providing advisory support to team members, ensuring the success of customer engagements.

Basic Requirements

  • Five or more years of experience developing Salesforce with a Platform Developer I and II certification.
  • In-depth knowledge of the following concepts and product features; Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, APIs, and Salesforce Flows.
  • Ability to work with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, SOQL, and Declarative Tools.
  • Familiar with Service Cloud specific functionality, data migration activities (such as loading large data volumes into Salesforce), ETL tools used for data movement, and Performance Optimization tools.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce Security Model and Authentication Protocols. Excellent verbal, written communication skills, and Consultation Skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications, specifically: JavaScript Developer, Service Cloud Consultant, System Architect, or Field Service Consultant.
  • Proven experience integrating Salesforce with 3rd party applications and enterprise systems.
  • Experience providing support in a 24×7 Global Support Organisation covering AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Proven ability to mentor teams and contribute to internal enablement initiatives.
