This position is responsible for providing complex and scalable ITSM solutions through Salesforce, overseeing the technical implementations, and working alongside worldwide teams to ensure customer success in the long run. Main Duties
- Provide complete Salesforce ITSM and Service Cloud solutions to enterprise customers.
- Work with client representatives to determine requirements, output, and expectations.
- Manage technical delivery which consists of custom development, integration, and migration of data.
- Set coding standards and review codes to maintain quality and compatibility for future use.
- Create architectures that are not only long-lasting but also supported by performance, which can grow along with the customer.
- Instantly find solutions for complicated problems that are in the client’s side and Apex levels.
- Interact with Salesforce product teams to ensure smooth customer implementations by giving support.
- Take part in the global delivery teams’ activities from a distance, and be ready to work during odd hours if necessary.
Essential Qualifications
- Over 6 years of practical Salesforce development experience.
- One complete Service Cloud implementation experience at the very least.
- Excellent skills in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura/LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
- Good knowledge of integration patterns and Salesforce asynchronous processing.
- Worked with data management, large data volumes, and platform best practices.
- Understanding of system architecture and ability to design high-performance, scalable solutions.
- Knowledge of authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth) would be an advantage.
- Excellent grasp of release management, version control, and deployment methodologies.
- ITIL 4 Foundation certification would be a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Integration Architecture, Community Cloud, Dev Lifecycle & Deployment), experience with Agentforce and Slack integrations, and exposure to multi-cloud Salesforce implementations and enterprise integrations (ETL, CPQ, marketing automation).
