Main Duties:

• Lead AI/ML programs from concept through deployment across software, platform, and embedded systems.
• Define program scope, milestones, timelines, budgets, and governance.
• Translate business goals into AI delivery roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with engineering, product, data science, operations, legal, and customer teams.
• Oversee AI/ML model lifecycle, MLOps, and data governance.
• Monitor KPIs, program performance, model adoption, and business impact.
• Mentor AI engineers, data scientists, and PMO contributors to build high-performing teams.

Essential Qualifications

• 12 years working as a program manager while she worked on AI/ML programs for three to five years. 
• Achieved successful results through the completion of intricate AI/ML projects which involved multiple stakeholders. 
• Deep knowledge about the process of developing ML models and uses predictive analytics and NLP and computer vision and generative AI technology. 
• Knowledge about cloud platforms which include Azure and AWS and GCP. 
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with either embedded systems or Internet of Things devices or edge AI technology. 
• Practical experience working with AI/ML pipelines and Python and Databricks and data tools. 
• PMP certification or an equivalent certification. 
• Either AI platform product development or enterprise-level system deployment projects.
