Salesforce is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Product Manager who will be responsible for the development of next-generation Sales Leadership Intelligence within Sales Cloud. Building up this role is the creation of AI-based analytics and coaching tools that will provide sales managers with the unified, actionable view of pipeline health, performance and revenue risks that will make manual data hunting unnecessary and decision-making at scale more efficient.

Main Duties

  • Own and drive the vision for Sales Leadership Intelligence within Sales Cloud.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for the product area, collaborating across Salesforce product teams.
  • Represent customer needs through continuous user research, discovery, and direct engagement.
  • Take the whole feature lifecycle from research and requirements to launch and adoption, as well as the responsibility, and lead it for your team. 
  • Together with the UX team, create a design for sales executives’ user-friendly analytics, dashboards, and visualizations. 
  • Collaboration with the engineering team should be such that the delivery of high-quality, scalable enterprise SaaS features will not only be on time but also in line with the planned timeline. 
  • Prepare and keep updating a transparent and outcome-focused roadmap that is aligned with the business and market priorities. 
  • Utilize AI to identify the pipeline risks, opportunities, and coaching insights in a proactive manner. 
  • Stakeholders and top management should be informed about the developments, success metrics, and risks in a straightforward and succinct way. 
  • Encourage the salespeople, customers, and partners to practice the best methods and realize the product’s worth.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of ten years of experience in total, that includes six or seven years as a product manager.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and execute complex products throughout the whole product lifecycle.
  • Adept in analytics, data-centric decision-making, and product positioning.
  • Outstanding communication skills in writing, visuals, and speech manners.
  • Capable of handling several tasks in a quick-moving, teamwork-oriented setting.
  • Have the mentality of a responsible owner combined with powerful execution skills. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in developing applications for SaaS delivery or CRM targeting large business organizations.
  • Know-how to sales technology, CRM, or sales analytics platforms very well.
  • Good understanding of the customer needs with practical experience in conducting user research and involving stakeholders.
  • Team player with high enthusiasm for creating innovative and impactful AI products.
