Oracle is searching for a Senior Cloud Consultant, UI Developer (VBCS) who will be in charge of designing, developing, and deploying customized web applications based on Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service. Main Responsibilities 

VBCS UI Development

  • Create and implement custom web applications by using Oracle VBCS.
  • Utilize JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Oracle JET, and Redwood UI to create user interface components that are secure, responsive, and can scale up or down with the application.

Oracle Cloud ERP Extension

  • Through VBCS-based UIs, workflows, and REST services, the modules (Financials, Procurement, etc.) of the Oracle Cloud ERP are extended.
  • Implement the Redwood customizations that are in line with the Oracle UX standards.

Integration & API Development

  • Using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), develop and oversee the integrations that connect Oracle Cloud ERP with external systems.
  • Create ride-secured API integrations that make use of OAuth 2.0, JWT, IDCS, IAM, and token-based authentication.

End-to-End Solution Delivery

  • Work with functional, integration, and business teams to provide total VBCS + OIC + ATP solutions.
  • Give technical assistance in PaaS-SaaS integrations, including FBDI and BI Publisher reports.

Performance & Troubleshooting

  • Diagnose, tune, and improve VBCS and OIC applications in terms of performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Look into the problems and provide technical solutions that would last long.

DevOps & CI/CD

  • For source control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments, use Git and Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS).

Essential Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree (BE, BTech, MCA) or any other equivalent qualification. 
  • A minimum of 7 years of practical experience with Oracle VBCS (UIApplication design, JavaScript, REST APIs). 
  • 4 years in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) development involving orchestrations, mappings, and adapters. 
  • Thorough knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP modules and their web services. 
  • Expertise in API security techniques such as OAuth 2.0, JWT, IDCS, and IAM. 
  • A person who can work in a fast-paced, cloud-supported environment with minimum supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with BI Publisher (BIP), FBDI, and Cloud ERP integrations.
  • Some experience with Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP) database.
  • Expertise in Redwood UI customization.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
