Primary Responsibilities

  • Set up and put into operation the SAP Controlling (CO) modules such as Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders (IO), and Product Costing.
  • Create and implement FI, Contract Accounting for subscription-based and contract-driven business models.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and draft comprehensive functional specifications.
  • Work together with technical teams in very close manner for custom development and enhancement.
  • Facilitate the integration of SAP FI, CO with other SAP modules like SD, MM, PS.
  • Carry out unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for finance and controlling processes.
  • Conduct training for end-users and support after go-live to guarantee smooth transition.
  • Make sure that SAP best practices, organizational standards, and compliance requirements are adhered to.
  • Involve business stakeholders in the requirement-gathering process and deliver optimized SAP solutions.

Basic Requirements

  • It is required to have the professional-level knowledge of SAP FI, Contract Accounting with the public cloud experience.
  • A very strong practical background in SAP Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) is a must.
  • A very deep understanding of SAP CO sub-modules (CCA, PCA, IO, and Product Costing) is required.
  • His/her previous work must include the integration of FI across CO and other SAP modules.
  • A very solid grasp of financial processes, revenue recognition, and contract management is a must.
  • Very good communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills are also required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP Certification in FI/CO is a plus.
  • Experience working in the implementation of large-scale and enterprise SAP Public Cloud projects is a plus.
  • Customer-facing, SLA-driven environments must be your stronghold if you apply to this position.

Exposure to subscription-based billing and contract lifecycle management is considered a plus.
