Main Responsibilities

  • Direct all workshops which cover both functional and technical aspects during the complete implementation process.
  • Create and implement complete Salesforce Consumer Goods and Retail solutions.
  • Create user journeys while the data modeler will conduct user story analysis and data modeling tasks.
  • Offering expert guidance to business stakeholders within organizations.
  • Creates architectural standards which define program development paths for extensive implementation projects.
  • Construct detailed business workflows through Salesforce Industries and Force.com platform functionalities.
  • Provide both customers and partners with guidance about Salesforce implementation methods and their digital transformation journey.
  • Find potential problems before they happen and then work to solve those problems until they reach complete resolution.

Essential Qualifications

  • Over 10 years experience in developing and designing technology solutions.
  • More than 3 years working in client-facing positions which required him to take on greater responsibilities.
  • Possesses advanced knowledge about Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud and Retail Execution and TPM systems.
  • Experience in constructing integration systems which use REST and SOAP APIs while adhering to security protocols.
  • Advanced skills in Apex and Triggers and Lightning and LWC and Flows and current web development methods.
  • Expertise in creating and implementing enterprise applications which operate at a large scale.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications in Admin Developer Sales Service and Application Architect.
  • Possesses OmniStudio Developer or Consultant certification.
  • Has experience with CI/CD systems and Git repository management and Salesforce AppExchange platform solutions.
  • Extensive knowledge about Retail Execution and Trade Promotion and Account Planning.
