Job Description

The principal activity of a Salesforce Success Architect (Data Cloud / Agent Force) is to assist the company in turning its strategic customers into measurable business success by appropriate designing, optimizing, and management of corporate data architecture. They will be a reliable consultant, connecting Agentforce and Data Cloud features with AI applications, customer 360 approaches and top management business objectives whilst preserving performance, scalability, and data ethics.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted Agent Force + Data Cloud expert on the ground across the Success Architect division.  
  • Actively participate in discussions with top-notch and strategic clients for the purpose of evaluating and enhancing technological infrastructure, DevOps, performance, and overall solution design.  
  • Propose strategies for optimization that are in accordance with AI-enhanced business outcomes and ROI. 
  • Spot capability shortages and think of new architectural solutions using either standard or customized methods. 
  • Get the executive stakeholders on board and influence them, making sure that the technology strategy aligns with the business value that can be measured. 
  • Carry out Success Architect playbooks that are modified according to the specific needs of Agent Force + Data Cloud customers. 
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams. 
  • Spearhead the development of new ideas in the area of thought leadership by way of mentoring, coaching, and sharing knowledge. 

Essential Qualifications

  • At least 2 full Salesforce Data Cloud / CDP + AI implementation lifecycles.  
  • More than 8 years of experience in the fields of consulting and implementation of analytics/CDP in the enterprise market. 
  • High level of competence in data modeling, integration architecture, and data governance. 
  • Demonstrated capacity to support clients throughout the entire process of Data Cloud and Agentforce migration and optimization. 
  • Adept at and good communicator who can easily convey the value of technical solutions business-wise. 
  • Familiarity with up-and-coming data and AI technologies. 
  • Independent workers who need little supervision yet are comfortable working in a team and collaborating in a remote setup. 
  • Very strong adherence to data ethics, security, and privacy best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Consulting or implementation partners for Data Cloud/CDP are part of the experience.
  • Get acquainted with big-data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, GCP, or Azure in a practical manner.
  • Customer Data Platforms like Segment, Tealium, Adobe Experience Platform, or Amperity are okay too.
  • Different Salesforce clouds experience like Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce, or Industry Clouds cases.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Architecture domains integrated through Integration, Data Architecture, and Identity.
  • Coding skills in Python, Java, .NET, or SQL are a must.
