Main Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing sales workforce by recruiting, hiring and training while also helping the sales team to understand how to confidently execute Oracle’s Cloud Vision.
  • Develop and execute Territory and Account Plans to drive up revenue through complex cloud solutions. Negotiate prices, terms and conditions for Enterprise Clients.
  • Establish and maintain Trust-Based Relationships with CXO’s and other Senior Stakeholders by providing Strategic Insight and positioning Oracle Cloud as a major driver for Digital Transformation and also for the Digitalization of Security, Analytics, and Business Continuity.
  • Ensure accurate Monthly Forecasts and Achieve Revenue Goals. Manage Escalations, conduct Regular Progress Reviews, and provide Predictable Results and Consistent Execution.
  • Work collaboratively with the License, Consulting, Education and Partner Teams to deliver Integrated Oracle Solutions and Execute Designated Client Outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date regarding the Cloud Market, Oracle’s Value Proposition to Clients, Competitive Marketplace and Partner Ecosystem. Additionally, Regularly Upskill and Certify in Cloud Technologies.

Essential Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience leading sales teams in the IT sector as a First Line or Second Line Manager.
  • Proven track record of delivering sustained business outcomes.
  • Strong experience in complex enterprise solution selling.
  • Demonstrated leadership in cloud market businesses.
  • Ability to lead during uncertainty with clarity, trust, and results orientation.
