Main Responsibilities

  • Create AI-based systems which will improve the process of hiring talent and the way recruiters communicate with candidates.
  • Develop advanced recruitment solutions which use natural language processing machine learning methods and predictive analytics together with data analysis.
  • Create and operate extensive AI systems together with generative AI systems which include large language models and retrieval-augmented generation and AI systems and enterprise search functionalities.
  • Work with product managers and engineers and recruiting teams to discover how AI technologies can improve their work processes.
  • Build models which can forecast results and make recommendations and detect unusual patterns and understand natural language and computer vision and decision-making assistance.
  • Conduct experiments to test new algorithms while improving the performance of AI systems which will benefit the company.
  • Implement AI solutions which help stakeholders through ethical and responsible AI practices.
  • Provide technical support to AI developers and data scientists while teaching them innovative methods and standard industry practices.

Essential Qualifications

  • 6 to 10 years of experience working with AI and machine learning development.
  • Possesses deep knowledge of machine learning and generative AI and natural language processing systems which can be used in real-world applications.
  • Experience in creating AI platforms which can scale and operate in cloud environments to meet enterprise requirements.
  • Demonstrates Python programming skills which enable him to develop and test AI models.
  • Demonstrates leadership abilities together with problem-solving capabilities and effective communication skills.
  • Able to explain difficult technical information to others by showing how it creates business advantages.
