IBM is looking to hire a Package Consultant-Oracle Finance Cloud for their office. The candidate will handle Oracle R12 and Cloud deployments while overseeing P2P module operations and creating technical solutions and providing financial users with best practice training. Main Duties:
- Develop partnerships with HR stakeholders to understand business and strategic needs.
- Design and implement technical solutions in Oracle Finance Cloud.
- Guide finance users in best practices and adoption.
- Define user information requirements in Oracle E-Business Suite.
- Conduct technical acceptance testing (Unit, SIT, QAT) of patches and upgrades.
- Manage test scripts supporting Oracle R12 financial applications.
- Deliver training content to end-users.
- Work in Agile/Scrum/DevOps environments and participate in shift-based schedules.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree although a Master’s Degree is preferred.
- Five years of experience working with Oracle Cloud Applications.
- The candidate should have completed two to three full implementation projects using Cloud/Fusion and Oracle R12.2.9.
- P2P modules which include iProc and PO and AP and FA and eBiz Tax and India Localization and GL.
- Demonstrates excellent skills in both communication and teamwork.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise in Oracle PLSQL databases and performance optimization techniques.
- Knowledge about Sub Ledger Accounting SLA and all Oracle Cloud operational processes.
- Benefit from having experience in Oracle Projects implementation as an additional qualification.
