Main Duties
- Develop and orchestrate deployment plans for SaaS customer implementations.
- Resolve technical blockers using coding, debugging, and systems design skills.
- Track adoption and ramp of license agreements to accelerate value realization.
- Identify expansion opportunities and drive sustainable product usage.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance for customer and partner teams.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required for this position.
- Six years of experience working with cloud-native architectural designs in roles that involve direct customer interaction.
- Experience in deployment planning, orchestration and change management activities.
- Demonstrates programming skills in Python and Java programming languages and the ability to design complex systems.
- Expertise in communicating with both technical experts and executive management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in both infrastructure and application modernization together with data analytics and cloud AI and networking technology.
- Experience using Google Cloud products while understanding how those products differ from competing solutions.
- Applicant has experience helping customers implement organizational changes and artificial intelligence agent systems.
- Possesses extensive expertise in managing technical projects and delivering enterprise artificial intelligence solutions.
