Oracle is searching for an Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Finance Principal Consultant who will offer advanced functional support for ERP Finance modules to work in India. The position requires employees to resolve difficult technical issues while managing system deployments and conducting software updates every three months and collaborating with customers and Oracle Support and internal teams to achieve optimal operational results and outstanding financial processing performance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Engage business partners to gather requirements and translate financial needs into Oracle Fusion ERP functional specifications.
  • Provide advanced customer service support including incident tracking, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution of critical cases.
  • Own customer issues end-to-end and ensure timely, complete resolution with high service quality.
  • Consult with management on resolving high-impact and escalated customer situations.
  • Deliver knowledge transfer through team training sessions and continuous knowledge sharing.
  • Create, review, and maintain high-quality knowledge articles and documentation.
  • Stay current with Oracle ERP enhancements and recommend best practices and continuous improvements.
  • Support configuration, administration, and functional testing of SaaS ERP Finance modules.
  • Assist with quarterly updates, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Collaborate across teams to foster a strong, knowledge-driven support culture.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BE, BTech, MCA) or MBA in Finance.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation, support, or upgrade projects.
  • At least one end-to-end implementation experience on SaaS ERP Finance.
  • Strong expertise in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Revenue Management, Collections, and Expenses.
  • Deep understanding of financial processes and ERP solution design.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with L1/L2/L3 support environments.
  • Ability to read and analyze software logs and trace files to determine issue resolution.
