Main Duties

• Design, train, and optimize large language models and multimodal AI systems.
• Develop scalable and high-performance AI solutions for real-world applications.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into products.
• Research emerging AI technologies and contribute to innovation initiatives
• Build proof-of-concepts and production-ready AI systems.
• Mentor peers and promote AI innovation within teams.

Essential Qualifications

• Programming expertise through Java C++ Python and related programming languages. 
• Practical knowledge of NLP, computer vision and multimodal interaction technologies. 
• Demonstrate experience using deep learning frameworks to train and improve GenAI models. 
• Expertise in developing AI systems from initial design through to final deployment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in system design and the implementation of large-scale software systems. 
• Demonstrates proficiency in transforming unclear project specifications into practical artificial intelligence solutions. 
• Knowledge of advanced models which include CLIP and DALL·E and diffusion models. 
• Contributions to AI/ML communities through their published research work and their development of open-source software and their participation in competitions.
