Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire AI Transformation process at the enterprise level. 
  • Align new projects with various business units so that they can successfully implement AI solutions while achieving expected benefits. 
  • Develop AI roadmaps which include solution selection processes and tracking methods for implementation and results assessment. 
  • Work business sponsors and engineering and AI platform and solution coaching teams. 
  • Establish an operating model which will effectively manage AI implementation and control its operations and evaluate performance. 
  • Track business results which stem from AI-driven solutions and transformation initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

  • 12–18+ years of overall experience with 3–5 years leading enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • 1–3+ years of hands-on experience driving AI-led or GenAI transformation programs.
  • Proven ability to operate at C-suite level with strong influencing and change leadership skills.
  • Experience in consulting, technology services, or large system integrator environments.
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise GenAI landscape and applied AI solutions.
  • Strong program leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional, high-impact initiatives in fast-paced environments.
