The Data and Analytics Architect L1 will take on implementation tasks, formulate, and perform enterprise data structures, data lakes, and integration frameworks that make business-driven analytics and transformations. The team of business leaders, customer service groups, and clients will have a strong influence on the design of data architectures that are of high quality, the setting of governance standards, and the harvesting of data assets in the organization to their full value.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement enterprise data architecture for both new and old client projects. 
  • Collaborate with business leaders to provide data-based recommendations and insights that are in sync with business objectives.
  • Draw and keep enterprise data strategies and roadmaps that are in line with both client and organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain the enterprise-wide data models, standards, metadata, and reference architectures.
  • Manage the data governance process to guarantee the quality, security, compliance, and regulation of data.
  • Sketch out data migration and integration procedures at a high level between the source and target systems.
  • Be the technical lead for the data platforms, analytics solutions, and the new data technology that will be scalable.

Essential Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of experience in Data Architecture, Analytics, or Enterprise Data Management.
  • Thorough expertise in data modeling on enterprise level (conceptual, logical, physical).
  • Active involvement in data governance, metadata management and MDM.
  • Very good understanding of relational data modeling, integration patterns and best practices.
  • Experience in the design of data warehouses, data lakes, data hubs and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to lead architecture discussions with the clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience gained with large-scale digital transformation programs. 
  • Opened-up access to big data and cloud-centric data platforms. 
  • Pre-sales and RFP solutioning have been strongly experienced. 
  • The capability of being a reliable source of advice to both customers and execution leaders. 
  • Knowledge about AI-powered techniques to enhance data processing and client service.
