The Cloud Sales Representative, India Startups position exists in Amazon Web Services (AWS) to assist Indian startups in growing their business through AWS cloud service adoption. The position needs collaboration with business development and marketing and solution architecture and partner teams to establish AWS as the main cloud solution for clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Construct and implement detailed strategies for both account management and territory development.
- Create and implement complete account management strategies for the designated territory.
- Develop persuasive value propositions which demonstrate the value of AWS services.
- Identity customer use cases and provide guidance on AWS best-practice implementation.
- Drive adoption growth through its outreach to Founders and CXOs and Board members and VC decision makers.
- Work with AWS partners to identify and develop shared sales opportunities.
- Establish enduring strategic partnerships with important startup clients.
Basic Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technology sales, marketing, or business development.
- Strong presentation and whiteboarding skills with executive-level stakeholders.
- Technical background in engineering, computer science, MIS, or equivalent experience.
- Strong customer network and relationship management skills.
- Experience with virtualization or infrastructure solutions is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in computer science, engineering, analytics, IT, or related fields.
- Prior cloud computing or AWS experience preferred.
