Primary Responsibilities
- Initiate and lead automating DevOps operations for making build, integration, and resilience, on-going deployment, and assistance easier.
- Opening and ongoing developing and managing cloud services on the two platforms – Azure and GCP.
- Practice the concept of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and full Automation for the Cloud environment.
- Support internal and external parties’ negotiations by transferring new services for operation.
- Confirm that the solutions are in accordance with security, compliance, and standard operating procedures.
- Be in charge of the overall system’s stability, and quality of the service and engage in the continuous process of improvement.
Basic Requirements
- Demonstrable experience with Terraform, Azure DevOps, and Ansible of the highest quality and no less.
- A thorough knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation concepts as well as a good understanding of the implementation of the same.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure and GCP).
- The ability to combine programming or scripting language skills like Python, Shell, and PowerShell regarding one’s proficiency.
- Knowledge of or experience with Jenkins, Chef, or other similar DevOps tools.
- Plus, knowledge of security, IAM, compliance, auditing, and monitoring tools.
- Should be comfortable working in Agile settings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications in GCP and/or Azure.
- Certifications in Linux (preferably Red Hat) or Windows administration.
- Knowledge and experience of ServiceNow and ITIL-based processes.
- The aptitude of being able to maintain relations with stakeholders and foster collaboration across functions is a strong point.
