Primary Responsibilities

  • Building and establishing cloud architectures that are scalable, secure, and resilient on the Microsoft Azure platform while also delivering cloud solutions to the financial services 
  • Set up Azure cloud design patterns and best practices for both new constructions and the transfer of old systems. 
  • Oversee the migration and modernization of the cloud that involves moving from on-premises to Azure environments.
  • Optimize Azure costs by utilizing the native cost management and monitoring tools.
  • Establish rapport with the business and technical sides of the organization. Fight for architectural alignment and acquire the requirements. 
  • Create the architecture documents, the governance frameworks, and compliance artifacts.

Basic Requirements

  • Having an 8-10 years of experience in cloud architecture and solution design is a must.
  • A strong hand-on experience and Microsoft Azure cloud services are necessary.
  • A possible experience across different domains and in the heavily regulated financial environments is required.
  • An excellent grasp of cloud-native design patterns, security, and compliance is essential.
  • Leading migration and modernization of programs is the experience expected.
  • The candidate should have very good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in Azure (Azure Solutions Architect Expert is preferred).
  • The experience of working with large-scale financial systems and enterprise cloud platforms will be a plus.
  • The best practices in cost optimization, governance, and cloud security will be of strong knowledge.
  • Convinced to using the hybrid cloud and facing the situation with complex enterprise architectures will be a part of the experience.
