Main Duties
- Design and develop agentic AI systems with autonomous decision-making, adaptive reasoning and measurable outcomes.
- Build LLM-driven agents integrated with APIs, databases, automation platforms and enterprise applications.
- Develop multi-agent architectures with coordination mechanisms, memory systems and retrieval-augmented generation capabilities.
- Monitor agent performance including accuracy, latency, cost efficiency, and reliability with continuous optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business challenges into scalable AI-driven automation solutions.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree program which includes computer science engineering IT or related technical fields.
- Practical programming skills in Python and experience with AI orchestration technologies.
- Experience with large language models LLMs prompt engineering semantic retrieval systems and vector databases.
- Candidate possesses understanding of application programming interfaces APIs enterprise system integrations workflow management systems and event-based architectural patterns.
- AI systems which meet security and reliability requirements through governance controls and validation systems and monitoring components.
Preferred Qualifications
- Agent frameworks which include Semantic Kernel and LangGraph and AutoGen and CrewAI and equivalent software products.
- Experience with AI solution implementation in Azure cloud computing environments.
- Human-in-the-loop AI systems together with their audit trails and AI risk management procedures.
- Expertise in current deployment technologies which include containerization and CI/CD pipelines.
- Communication abilities which they have developed through their experience in remote and interdisciplinary team environments.
