Meta is seeking an Application Manager, Salesforce Service Cloud. This role sits within the Care Enterprise Products team and focuses on owning and maintaining the Salesforce Service Cloud platform. The candidate will manage Service Cloud features, guide Salesforce development teams, and align enterprise tools with strategic business objectives. The position requires expertise in Salesforce implementations, third-party integrations, and roadmap planning within fast-paced environments.

Main Duties
- Develop complete solution designs which show business requirements from the beginning to the end.
- Integrate third-party enterprise tools to support product strategy and long-term roadmap.
- Maintain application health while handling system upgrades and patch deployments and all initiatives for software modernization.
- Create support processes that will monitor system performance, uptime and handle all operational problems.
- Execute governance and compliance policies along with all necessary regulatory controls.
- Works with stakeholders from different departments to create strategic investments while improving operational efficiency.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience implementing Salesforce applications.
- 3+ years integrating systems with third-party service vendors.
- Experience defining and owning 2–3 year product roadmaps.
- Proficiency with Flow Builder, Process Builder, Omni-Channel, and Entitlements.
- Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Possess expertise in artificial intelligence systems which include Agentforce Einstein AI Gen AI and machine learning technologies.
- Eight years of experience in developing software solutions for enterprise needs.
- Salesforce certifications in Advanced Administrator Service Cloud Consultant Application Architect and Agentforce Specialist.
- Expertise in developing Lightning components and using Apex programming language.
- Experience in overseeing major projects which involve managing multiple Salesforce organizations that share common resources.
